Hello, I'm Sami Rowe-Tillinghast, and I'm delighted to introduce myself to you. I'm not only a Loan Officer but also a proud Army Veteran. I began my journey in the military when I was commissioned in June 2014 and later separated in January 2020. During my time in service, I moved six times, giving me a profound understanding of the military lifestyle and the challenges of relocating and acquiring a new home.

Drawing upon this valuable experience, my goal is to provide unwavering support to borrowers and their families, helping them secure the homes they truly deserve while acknowledging their unique needs. My commitment goes beyond simply completing the home loan process; I aim to make it a stress-free and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. I understand that navigating the loan process can appear daunting, but with the right attitude and a dedicated team, it can turn into a memorable journey.

Outside of work, I wear multiple hats—I'm a loving wife to a wonderful husband, a devoted mother, and a happy owner of four furry companions. I enjoy spending my free time gardening, diving into books, and discovering new activities that bring joy to my children's lives.

We had the absolute best experience working with Samantha on our very first home purchase, and I can’t recommend her enough! My husband is a veteran, and as a realtor myself I know how important it is to work with someone who truly understands VA loans. Samantha specializes in them, and let me tell you—she knows VA loans like the back of her hand. She takes the time to educate her clients, setting realistic expectations and making sure every step of the process is clear and stress-free. When we ran into a nightmare situation with a rogue appraiser who went completely AWOL—over a week late with zero communication—Samantha did not let us fall through the cracks. Even though it wasn’t the lender’s fault, she personally called the appraiser, contacted the Department of Veteran Affairs, involved her higher-ups, and pushed relentlessly to keep our deal on track. Because of her dedication and persistence, we were able to close on our home! Through it all, Samantha was gracious, kind, communicative, and deeply caring. She truly went to bat for us during horrible circumstances, and we are so grateful for her professionalism and heart. We will continue to recommend Samantha to anyone looking for a VA lender—she’s the absolute best! You will NOT be disappointed entrusting her with your loan.
