Even before we went under contract Wendy spent a lot of time educating us with visual aids, answering questions, and explaining timelines/processes so that we fully understood what to expect before seriously considering properties. Between her masterful attention to detail, quick communication about updates/future deadlines, calm demeanor, and cheering us on as we viewed homes, we felt so supported and at ease. When we finally put an offer on a house, Wendy and her small team committed to a quick 3 week closing timeline in order to give us a competitive edge, and it worked! We won the bid on the very first house we put an offer on, and Wendy kept up her end by processing our loan with time to spare. We felt VERY lucky to have her on our team.
